I'm looking at buying the 13 w7 or whatever, and i mean they say refurished is rebuilt until it's new in their eyes, and it's a damn good price if it plays like it should.
should i not buy a refurbished sub or is it not that big of a deal. I dont want to waste 400 dollars obviously.
Thanks for any advise or help
Mike

What kind of warranty...Whats the difference in price new vs used...? If it is full manufacture warranty...might consider...Are they a jl dealer?...just an internet store?...a install shop that replaced some for a customer and these are the warranteed subs...?

I have gotten factory referbed subs from a authorized shop and I never had any problem with it. If the price is right and the shop will stand behind them. But if your not getting any warranty then pass.

I agree, it all comes down to warranty.  If the manufacture offers the same warranty on the refurbed stuff as new stuff then why not?
