i hook it up and the sound is low i have to turn the radio all the way up just to hear it what is the problem.and the radio only goes to 39 on the vol

Did you put rca's in the subwoofer output...? What type of radio...?

no i put them in the front rca's.and its a xo vision touch screen radio

If you put them in one at a time ...Does it still sound low...?
