I have two 12 inch Power Acoustik FUBAR-12's 800 watt RMS 4-ohm and a rockford fosgate punch 325.1. I have no idea what else I need other than a box. The person who gave it to me also said I might need a more powerful amp. I have no clue what amp would power that and I have no idea about types of boxes or wiring. A little knowledge and suggestions would be appreciated.

Lets address the woofers first...
They were given to you? Well, you paid too much. } : >
Secondly, the amp is 2-ohm stable.
That's a one channel amplifier. You'll get about 350 watts at 4-ohms at most to split between the two woofers. You'll be OK. Don't sweat it.

I am not familiar with the Fubar line, is it a single or dual voice coil driver? If they are single voice coil, the amp will be running at 2 ohms. Since Rockford changed the way they rate their amps, that amp is supposed to do 325 watts into a 2 ohm load. If they are dual 4 ohm drivers, your only safe choice is going to be a 4 ohm load. Then it will probably do 250 watts or so. But either way I think you will be fine.
