I was wondering what would happen to my components if I was to put a 1200 hz bass blocker on the tweets? I have 6 1'2" kicker componets?

yeah they do, but I want to get even more out of them. I have the 6 1/2" mounted in the factory location. I want to modify it by removing the factory mounting basket , putting them in a sealed mdf enclosure and aim the more toward the drivers ears, presently there parralel and aim towards my feet

Most component speakers are designed to be used in an infinite baffle setup. You will get the best possible sound from your speakers as long as you make sure your front and rear wave are seperated, and if you put them in a small enclosure you could hurt their performance (Given they were designed for an infinite baffle). If you feel like you are lacking bass... add a sub or more subs (if you dont already have one), or if you have them on amp with an active x-over lower your x-over point (most 6 1/2 components generally crossover well at 80-120Hz, and vice versa with the subs (if you have any)). As far as the 1200 Hz crossover on the tweets, most tweeters (especially in a 6 1/2 component set) are designed to play frequencies way above 1200 hz, and crossing them over at this frequency could possibly damage them (given maximum rated power). The guys at kicker designed the crossover you have for optimum performance of your component system. If you feel like your not getting enough high frequencies, see if there is an adjustible tweeter level control on your crossovers and turn it up, or add an amplifier with a continous power rating equivelant to your component set(If you don't already have one, or if you have one that is lacking). Also you could add an equalizer to add more high frequencies (If you don't have one in your deck).
