Amp cuts out Why?

Hi, This is MY system.

Pioneer premier DEH-P8500MP
Pioneer DEQ-7600 Processor
2 Bazooka EL1500 MONO AMPLIFIER
1 Pioneer GMX-972
4 PIONEER PREMIER VCCS PRO SUB TS-W1041C

1 TS-W1041C is connected to 1 Bazooka El1500
1 TS-W1041C is connected to 1 Bazooka El1500
2 TS-W1041C are connected to the Pioneer GMX-972

I have 4 Gauge Wire and High Quality RCA. When the VOlume is at 38 is fine when is in 40 It Cuts Out and then Keep Hitting and Cuts Again.. I think THe pROblem Is that My alternator is only 70Amp and the battery is old.? DO you think that could be the problem/

OK, Everything is grounded (4 gauge) IM planning to buy a high output alternator. Its not a new Problem always happe when the volume is around 40

if it is going into protection, which it sounds like it is, then i had the same problem. after months of troubleshooting and sending the amp back to the factory to be repaired, we finally figured it out. try this: pull all your RCAs out of the amp. turn the head unit on and up to a volume you know will make it cut out, like 40. then plug the RCAs in one at a time. if you're having the same problem as me, then most of the speakers should be fine when played by themselves and should work at any volume. but, one (or possibly more) should cause the amp to cut out immediatly when its corresponding RCA is plugged in. and hence, your speaker wire has a cut in it and is grounding to the body. at higher volumes, this would cause your amp to cut out and try and protect itself from shorting out. try it. it takes 10 mins and just might solve your problem. then, just rewire that speaker. hope this helps.

YOu mean the problem With the speakers Wires, or the RCA. I will do that and see what happens?

OK, I was checking right now the Voltage and when the engine is running the VOltage is 13.8 but when The bass is hitting like at 40 the voltage drop to 11........

how long does it stay down at 11?....and yes that is a very big voltage drop.  You'll need a HO alternator that can also react quickly to the additional current demands of bass notes and stuff like that.

Its lIke for a second,then Goes up tp 12 then down to 11 it you press the gas pedal goes up and then down, Its like Up and down..

     Having your voltage down to 11 volts is a SERIOUS problem that needs to be addressed immediately. You need to either disconnect those amps and get a new battery and alternator in right away, or you could risk having your vehicle shut down with an inability to restart. (Not to mention other serious vehicle problems you can't fix) Also, I'm really hoping you have everything fused because I've seen wire ignite with what you're running. Once your battery completely discharges, you've already sacrificed 1/4 to 1/3 of it's total power.
     While I am a big fan of sacrificing batteries to the car audio gods, on the road to a show or in the car with your girl is NOT the place to be doing it. Thge average alternator puts out between 70-100 amps at highway speed, and between 35-65 at idle. There is NO WAY your alternator and battery can keep up with what you're running, even at highway speed. Get a new charging system with much larger wire, a new battery (like an Optima or Stinger), and a HO alternator ASAP.
