I have a 2004 Pontiac GTO. I want to retain the factory subs but the factory amp only seems to have outputs for the subwoofers (via wire diagram). Also the wiring at the radio doesn't seem to have a audio output for the sub amp either (via wire diagram). Does this work through data or do I have the wrong info?

These are the notes I have for that car
The subwoofer amplifier is in the driver side of the trunk. The amplifier turns on when it receives audio input from the rear speaker wires. The left subwoofer wires are yellow/white - yellow/red. The right subwoofer wires are GREEN/ red - GREEN / WHITE.
