Hey everyone, I have a question about installing an after market deck in a 2004 Chevy Impala. Does the stock deck control the door chimes? I can't seem to find a wire harness and I know certain Cavaliers have that feature. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

Yes the radio controls the chimes. Use a module from Metra to connect an aftermarket radio. It will also give you a switched accessory output to turn on the radio.
