what output am i getting from my amp?

Hi everyone

I'm just trying to clarify what I think I already know? I have a vibe slick a4 amp and a vibe slick 12inch sub-400watts RMS, I have 2 of the channels powering components up the front and the other 2 channels in bridged mode powering the sub all at 4ohms, goin by the specs will the bridged channel be outputting up to 500watts?

I posted another about setting the gain via a multi Meter approx 40v from my calculations, does it make a difference weather its 40hz 0db or say 40hz -10db?
