Hi guys,

Just wanted some information on a 2013 sonata.
Need to change the radio, friend wants the DD NAVI touch screen. His present radio is a regular radio with dimension. (No navi or blue link)

I did some searching and it looks like I need just this harness to complete this install. Aside from a dash kit and a antenna adaptor

Can anyone confirm this? Or if anyone has done this before.

Thanks

You need a metra 70-7304 or other brands equivalent. No antenna adapter should be needed. And a dash kit. Metra 99-7342 or another brands equivalent. Also if you want to retain steering wheel controls you need an aswc-1

What about the 70-7305?

The radio is a dimension system. Is that like a bose or premium system?

The7305 is an amp bypass harness.

Ok here is the information I have on this car

Dimension Audio:
AM/FM/XM/CD/MP3 audio system with 7 speakers (2 front-door-mounted speakers, 2 tweeters and 2 rear speakers), subwoofer and external amplifier (360 watts)

Now if I want to change just the head unit. All I need is 70-7304 and wire it up straight? I'm confused? You sure that the aftermarket radio will work with the OEM amp?

I want to make sure, before I order a radio.

Can someone confirm if this is correct?
