I want to install another amp and need a distribution power block 4 awg input and 4 awg out and 8awg out my question is do I have to change the 4 awg power wire coming from the battery to a thicker 0awg wire input to the block or can I still use the 4awg wire that I have coming from the battery the other amp I want to install is for my 6x9 speakers its a 100 rms @4ohms soundstream

First of all you don't need 4 gauge or even 8 gauge for a 100 watt amplifier. 10 will do in most cases. So go for it.
