Start Radio with remote

Hello

i have been searching all over the net for my little project but i cannot find anything and today i find this forum and thought i will try.

I have a mitsubishi Lancer Sportback from 2010.

My question is.

I would like to do this that when i press unlock on my remote to the car that the Radio start becaise i have Android and it take little longer.

when i press the lock on my remote to the car it should go out.

I dont know if there is a wire in my car taht only have 12v when the car is unlock and when it is lock there is no power.

My other thinking was a 2 ways impulse relay, so when the relay becomes a signal from the remote true the wire it activate the 12v and when it becomes a signal from other wire it close for the 12v.

is this possible.
