I recently bought https://amzn.com/B004S50WPG to go into my 2001 Kia Rio. After I got it installed, it turns on and picks up the radio, but I get ZERO sound from my speakers. No buzzing or anything. I checked every single fuse and they are all fine, so it's probably a wiring mistake. Can anyone help me?

1 of 2 possible situations. First and most likely is that it is a Boss radio. Second and least likely is an installation problem.

Did you purchase the wiring harness for the car or did you hack off the plug and hardwire it?

If you bought the harness did you connect the car's power antenna wire?

It sounds like the vehicle has a factory amplifier and needs the remote turn on hooked up.
