i have a 94 q45. i was trying to replace the door speakers and came across a strange enclosure ive never seen before. im trying to figure out how to replace the old speakers with aftermarket kicker speakers. help!!!

It's probably a Bose system. There is an amplifier at each speaker location. The main speakers on that system are roughly 4" units with a 0.5 ohm impedance. The factory amp probably won't drive the aftermarket speaker to a comparable volume.
