Installing a pioneer radio and a crux swrgm-48 in a 2007 avalanche what is the vss wire used for from the crux kit..thksvss ?

VSS=Vehicle Speed Sense. It is used by an aftermarket navigation decks. If the vehicle loses satellite signal, such as a tunnel or a parking garage, it uses this wire to keep the map accurate.
