I just bought an XO Vision XD107BT and was wondering if i can hook up an amp to it? here's a picture of the wiring diagram, i dont see where i would hook up the remote wire? any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!!

You can try the blue (power antenna) wire- just be sure it works on other sources than FM (auxiliary input, USB, etc.).

If that doesn't work, you can connect to the red wire in the harness, but it will turn on your amp whenever the key is turned. You can always install a switch inline so you can still turn it off when you're not using the stereo.
