okay well here it goes.
just bought a 2015 impala limited. for all who dont know what that is.
the limited model 2015 ltz is the same body style as 2006-2013 models. gm had these in production for fleet vehicles. rentals corporate vehicles. etc i bought one from a corporate chevy dealership for dirt cheap. any ways
i need to know what wire harness to use for after market head unti retaining steering controls and also keeping my bose sound system amp'd to the speakers as well.
i do not have the dash touch screen as the reg 2014-2016 impalas have.
this model looks entriely like a 2006-2013 impala inside and out.
i was told $190 for the harness because the new models have a diff computer n them etc. but i think the person is just not understanding what im saying. the radio s exactly the same as the 2006-2013 models.
gm kept the 2006-2013 impalas in production up until 2016 they labeled the 2014-2016 the impala limited. but my thinking is that everything in it is exactly the same as older model. so anyone here ever worled with these models? i have talked to 3 car audio shops. crutchfield and metra. they seem to be clueless.
also if your certain that they are entirely the same. 2006-2013 and 2014 limited-2016 limited, could you please find me a harnes that will work for 2013 model since that was "the last production model" i will be happy to try out that harness and not go the $190 route and trial and error expensively. thanks !
i will include a article to help you get the jist of what the limited is if your still not sure as to what i am saying.

There are many companies that offer the parts you need. Metra, Scosche, Pac-Audio and I-datalink/Maestro offer modules which will do what you want. Just search for ones for a 2012 or 2013 Impala. There is no difference between those and the 2014 Impala Limited which you bought. You need a mounting kit, antenna lead adaptor and radio replacement module. Depending on what you are using for a radio, your choice might be affected. If your radio is compatible with I-data Maestro modules, I prefer these, but the others work well too.
