I would use a line converter to be have a rca hookup to whatever else you plan on putting in downstream. Why keep the stock head unit though?

The reason im using the stock head unit is because it already has Bluetooth and aux its a 2015 altima i currently have a line converter for my bass amp, i want to expand the whole sound im going to add a 4 channel for my front doors and rear deck im debating on eather using a crossover or just putting in my small kenwood eq

Gotcha, how do you plan on running the wires from the amp to the door/deck speakers? If your eq already has rca outputs use that.

Well i was thinking of buying a crossover instead of using my eq i just wanted the dash to look stock, if i hook up my eq or a crossover were is best for me to get the signal from should i get it from the rear deck speakers (which is where i currently have my hi/lo connected) or should i get it from the front speakers

Well I know the glove box is huge in those cars, you might want to look into a small 4ch amp about the size of a brick to run the front and rear deck speakers. It will fit in the glovebox.

Do not buy a crossover. Any new amplifier will have a built in crossover.

Well for space it dont really matter i currently have 2 15 cvr's my bass amp and epicenter in the trunk im going to use for either my old kenwood 4ch or a hifonics 4ch i have both i like collecting sound systems i just want to know which is best to tap in for best signal the front speakers or back speakers?

I know the amps have a built in crossover my idea was to buy a crossover to split using one line converter into 3 ive seen it done using a old mtx crossover
