Guys,
Newbie here, i want to design a enclosure with a ported vent, but i don't know how much volume requirement to produce good sound of my 12 inches sub-woofer.
any recommendation of volume requirement from you guys with sound enthusiast? I do already check the volume calculator from this and understood how to do it, but i want to know the general rule of thumb how much cubic feet of air space or volume of every inch of a sub-woofer size.

your replies are highly appreciated.

There is no "Rule of Thumb" on the volume requirement for a size of woofer. The volume of the enclosure will depend on the woofer parameters. Every woofer is built with different materials and methods which affect the output. Post the model of woofer you plan on using and I'm certain one of the fellow enthusiasts will be able to give you the volume/port dia./port length to tune it to the frequency you are trying to achieve. Best of luck to ya!

Never heard of Lightning Lab. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

There is no information in those "specs" to help decide on an optimal enclosure size or type. Go ask a dealer in your area what they recommend.
