Can anyone plz tell me wat the cu.ft of this box is, and wat freq its tuned to ?

Each chamber looks to be 21.75 X 18.125, which give you 2.74 cubic feet. The port looks to be 24 x 4 opening and 27.625 long, which resonates the chamber at about 52 Hz. https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp#porsq
