please show me how to wire a relay to convert the factory car radio speaker signal to 12 volt remote turn on for aftermarket amplifier.

If there is no factory amp, your best bet would be to use an accessory wire in the vehicle.

Otherwise, search for a line output converter with an amp turn on lead.

A PAC TR-4 low voltage trigger module will do what you need.
