i had a 200 watt amp installed for awhile but got bigger subs and whatnot and now i have a fosgate 1000 watt amp..can i still use the same wiring i used for the 200 watt amp or would i hafta change all the wires?

You will definitely need to upgrade to at least 4 guage power and ground wires and probably a 100A or 150A fuse.  The RCAs and remote wires are not affected.
