I think I got ripped off, is there such a thing as a black 15 inch solo baricL7. The magnet has L7 on it but my friends subs are silver and have the L7 on the front, did they get an L5 and put the L7 sticker?

I don't think Kicker makes a "black" L7.
The "silver" on the front is supposed to be a titanium deposit coating on the cone.

kicker did make a black one .if you got a black one you probaley have an old one

Yeah the old design was black, look at the specs on the back of the sub, what does it say.
