Where are the wires dangling from, the ehad unit harness, or from your cars facotry wires?

This probably what the wires are:

Red: ACC (Or switch 12v)

Yellow: Constant 12v

Not sure about the green and thicker gauged wire.  I'm thinking the green might be the ground, but if it's not that it could be the power antenna lead, unless you wired it to a after market power antenna

Ok..you'll need at least a digital multimeter for this to at least check for continuity. You want to check the wires with the key in the ignition and in the "On" or "ACC" position and without the key in the ignition.  The wire you find that gives you a 12 volt reading with the key in the "ACC" position you can connect to the red wire on the Sony head unit.  And then connect the ground wire to a good clean point on the car's chassis .  If the car has the factory colored wires, you could use this wiring diagram to find your connections.  But you still need to have a Muiltimer to check for proper voltage.
