95 Accord EX ?’s

A couple of questions, hope it makes sense. This is the EXv6 with 6 speaker system. The previous owner installed two amps and a sub but I'm not sure how it is hooked up or of its done right.

First: I want to keep the stock stereo w/changer to avoid theft (bad neighborhood). The stock does not have RCA preouts, yet there is an RCA lead going to the amps. Where are the RCA wires coming from? I took out the deck to look at the wiring and the + and – wires for the front speakers are cut and I’m assuming go to the amp (only the front speakers on one amp and the sub on another).  Also, if one set of RCA wires are going back to the amp, could I wire another set.

Second: The dash speakers are not working. What wires are for the dash speakers? The wiring diagrams I’ve seen for Honda only have two sets of front wires, not four. Are the door and dash speakers wired to the same connection?

Third: I have an old Punch 150 amp that I want to hook up to a 12” Fosgate Sub. I’m not sure of the specs of the sub but it is only three 4 years old. I can get more info if needed. Can I bridge the amp? Is bridging just as simple as connecting both sets of leads from the amp to the sub?

Is this normal or does it need to be completely redone? The guy that I bought it from said he had all the stuff installed at the place he bought it from. It looks professional, but that stuff behind the deck makes me think otherwise.

1: You will need a LOC to convert speaker lead to RCA connector

2: Yes, you can remove the dash speakers ( tweeters ) and replace them with 1" or smaller tweeter's and run a new wire to a crossover.

3. Yes, you can bridge the amp to 2 ohm load but remember to flip the crossover card around in the back of the amp ( if this amp is that old ). To bridge a sub, you just need to combine one channel from each of the channels of the amp to the sub. Look here :
