I installed the EL8A (8" amp'd) bazooka last evening and while in use, I notice a pop noise when either changing the station or when turning off the car.

This noise seems to be related to when there is silence or no signal to the sub.

current setup:

-panasonic head unit
-small ADS amp to power front speakers
-8" amp'd bazooka

I have the remote lead from the HU -> ADS amp -> bazooka.
Would this daisy chained remote lead have to do with this popping?

TIA

I don't know enough about daisy chaining to say, but that problem commonly associated with your ground. Make sure the paint is cleared away from the metal, and make sure t is a solid piece of metal, but just a bracket or something like that.

I have also tried using the jumper to set it to auto on for the bazooka and it still makes pops. I will also go check the grounding point. It might possibly be a bad place to ground. Thanks... any more ideas guys?

Try to get your ground all to one location. Same with power. Keep it as close to the same source as you can.
