Its me again. Well i have a person that is willing to sell me 6 xpl 12's and two kx1200.1's for 1400 dollars. Now i think this is a good deal i know the xpl is a old subwoofer and i have never heard any of them. I am still really hooked on the eclipse that i have been looking at but that setup would cost me about 2200 w/o being installed. this setup would cost me 1400 shipped to me w/o being installed. so there is a big money difference in this and i am wanting opinions on which i should go with. I am lookin for pure SPL . SQ isnt much to me. i have already figured out the cu ft i would go with for the xpl's wuold be 1.4 cu ft net and the manual (i found one at kicker.com) says i should fill the box 50% with polyfill. the eclipse would go ina massive 5.7 cu ft net box. Both of these will be sealed. any opinions are welcome. thanks alot.

The XPL is a nice sub. They get hella loud. Why do you need six? Is this your daily driver? The price is nothing special to me. Also I bet the subs are refurb because I had a set in 99?. Good luck.
I put two 15" L7s in an Expo. w/ 800w per sub and they practically run you out of the truck. With 1000 bucks you should be well on your way to a nice spl set up.
