I have installed a KVT-911 in my 2003  H2 using  the PAC OS-2BOSE adapter.  The thing works great it and retains my Bose & Onstar; however, any time I start the motor everything resets and I've got no sound.  I've wired the yellow wires of the HU to the yellow on the adapter and did the same with the red.  Is it possible that I've got a bum adapter??  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

There is a sticker on the back of the interface, make sure its rev. 1.3.8 or higher. Otherwise return it to where you got it from and have them get a newer version.

WOW, This is customer service.  Thanks for your reply!  The label says REV.  1. 3. 10  so I assume this is okay.  I continued to monkey w/ it and was finally able to get the HU to work with the engine running by connecting the blue/white wire on the adapter to the blue/white wire on the KVT-911.  Now it doesn't do the 10 minute shut off until you open the door thing.  I'm thinking it is because now there is no place for the KVT-911 pink/black wire to go on  the interface.  Any suggestions that you have would be greatly appreciated.  Pardon my ignorance.

Thanks for having such a great and needed product.

I'll be posting my final install results and  the results of the SWI-X   on https://www.elcova.com/h2/     and  www.ultimatehummermag.com
