The short answer is no, it won't benefit your sound unless you really need one.  What makes you ask?

i just happen to come across one. it's a 20 amp noise filter and i thought it'll be cool if i can put it to use, that is if it's necessary

If yu don't have noise in your system, then you don't need it.
