At our shop, we install quite a few video systems. Along with those we do GMC, Chevy and Escelades. When installing the RF modulator, on some Bose systems, we get static when music or talking is playing through the system. Most Bose sytems are not effected, but some are. Any suggestions on why some have problems??

It may be due to over modulation. Try disconnecting the power to the antenna module for the factory radio. This may fix the problem and the radio reception may not even have a noticeable change.
