whats the difference between solo baric l5 and l7 besides price i do notice the l7 handles more watts and the woofer is polypropylene while the l5 is polymineral but everything is is just about the same is the difference the wattage or something else and do they hit just as hard the same?

L7 is a louder sub....better build as well.

yup. he said it. I think the L7 has a slightly longer xmax, which contributes to the bass. not too sure though.

yeah its noticeable wen you or ur passengers are in the vehicle. there maybe a slight change in distance of sound. i.e. ... the noise maybe heard from your house to the next 3 house'z down ie. only give it a shot the quality is much more superb. good luck ^_^

does the l5 have better sound quality (noticalbe) because i'm in the same dilemma L5 12 or L7 10 ( I'LL BE RUNNIN 600watts rms to which ever one i get which is teh recommended rms) listen to alot of rap mainly

i got 2 l7 15 in a seal box(for now workin on designs for ported box) pushed by2 jbl bp 1200.1 amps and they hit hard. i cant wait till i get the new box and get my car mic. do u guys $10 is too much to get ur car mic once??? it is with the new mic

That's pretty cheap compared to a shop over here that is charging $40 to check spl.
