i'm trying to install ALL new components on a 92 infiniti q45 (had a bose system) and basically I have done all of this but my new cdplayer will not turn on. I am not using the Accessory wire from the origonal bose radio due to the fact that it no longer will give a voltage when the car is turned on. So far i have tried to tap a wire which i think is an acc. wire from the rear defrost but, again, the radio will still not turn on. any ideas?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!

Are you using a wiring harness and if so, which one? Do you have the radio grounded to chassis as there is no ground in the factory plug? Have you tested for 12vdc on the accessory and constant wires with a meter?
