Anyone know where I can get an alternator for a '97 civic dx online?  I'll be running an alpine f540 , and an alpine m1000 amp totalling about 1320 watts rms between the two.  What size should I get?  Will 135 be enough?  I'm looking for cheap places online to purchase it.

I like ebay.  But its easier for people with domestics rather then imports because you can find higher voltage OEM stuff.  Stinger and similar manufacturers have them but they are expensive.  Shop hard with different kinds of key word searches and you'll find the one you want for the price your willing to pay.  Make sure to read the fine print and ask any questions before you buy.

135 amp should be plenty and www.mralternator.com gave me a really reasonable estimate for that size alt.
