Ok so the amp was working fine...correct? and now the amp light turns red and then shuts off?  If it's doing that... you have most likely blown the amp.

Are you saying the red light comes on when you power it up but then goes off and the amp runs fine?  There is no problem if this is the case.  It is doing a self test on startup.

SOunds like you may have too low an impedence load on teh amp, or your system voltage is dipping dangerously low.  What's hooked tot he amp, and do your lights dim?

Disconnect all the speaker and rca cables. Turn the amp back on again, if the amp still goes into protection, chances are the amp has succumbed to the dreaded sas. (smelly amplifier syndrome).  If it is good, next turn the amp off and plug in the rca cables. Turn the system on again, does the light stay off. If no then the rca cables are suspect for a bad rca connection or an rca cable shorting out. If the light stays off, next connect the subs one at a time. Have you checked the subs to see if one or the other is blown yet?

i did it. I disconnect all the wires, and not the green light turns on but not as bright as my other amp, same model ... but as soon as i connect the speaker wires the light goes off and the amp does not work?

Either you have blown a speaker, or you have too low an impedence load, or the amp output stage is gone.

What speakers do you have on this amp and how are they connected?

OK, I have the Pioneer premier the SPL series, they are dual 4 ohms, so im wiring it at 2 ohms, my amp is 2 ohms stable i already check with the other amp with that sub but it works fine....

The subs are working fine because i checked with another amp, I opened the other amp and i see some Resistors blown, Where could i but some resistor... to replace,.....

You won't answer the question, will you?  Two of those subs in parallel places a ONE-OHM load on the amp.  Bazooka amps cannot handle a one-ohm load and indeed, they will fail.  If you have two 4-ohm DVC subs, all connected in parallel, that's whay your amp fried.  And no, you can't just replace resisters you think are burned and expect the amp to function unless you know what you are doing, sorry.

Look, the way it was connect it was like this, I have two bazooka amps one to each subs, My subs are dual 4 ohms, (so It means that i can be wired to 2 ohms or 8 ohms right?  they way i did it was for 2 ohms...each one

OK, but you never said that before.  Posting complete information is vry important if you really want help.  So ONE of your amps blew, right?  It was either defective or you over-drove it, it sounds to me.  It will need to be repaired by a factory service center.
