I have a Pioneer DEH-1500 and it works fine when the ing. is turned on to acc. but if you start the car the player will turn on and play the CD or radio stations, but no sound for like 10-20min, then the sound will come on, and works fine. But it doesn't do this when turned to acc. I don't under stand it. I wired it up myself, but checked all the wires 3 times to makes sure they were hooked up right. Anyone know what this could be?

Power and/or ACC wire are hooked up incorrectly.  Did you use a wiring harness adapter?
