or am i just crazy?

get a 4 channel amp to run the speakers, then use the wires that used to be ran for the speakers (which are now powered by the amp) and use them to run tweeters?

the ? there really doesn't make head or tails to me, are you asking if you can splice the amp into the factory wires to run the tweeters? or to run the speaker(and what do you mean by speakers, component speakers, coaxial, subs or what?

I guess I just don't get what your trying to do

lol i suck. ok hook up the 4channel amp so it powers the speakers in the stock locations, normally youd tape off the wires from behind the h/u since rcas would be giving the signal to the amp, so instead of taping off those wires (white gray green purple) could i instead use them to run tweeters or compnents or soemthing so id have 8 speakrs?

sure you can, but it would create a imaging nightmare, not to mention if you are gonna run tweeters you have to make sure they are capped or you will blow them off the deck in no time. But if you just want it damn loud than It will work fine. Make sure you keep everything in phase though

What kinda amp you got? You should have no prob running 4 more speakers off the amp.

Ive got 8 speakers running off mine, sounds great!
