if I am reading that right, then you have a 4 channel amp that you are going to bridge all the channels to power a sub?

so you have 460 watts rms at 4 ohms to work with then, going to be a bit much for the w3, w6 could work I suppose. I have two kappa 10's on order, so I am partial to infinity right now, I have heard great things about their perfect line. Never heard diamond or ppi so I can't help there. Just remember your power, and also think about what sort of sound you are looking for. Judging from that you are interested in quality, so I am betting any of those would work for that.

well for starters being in a convertible your going to want the box ported, because when you use a sealed box in a hard top your car becomes a second box and enhances bass. if you do so on a soft top it will still be bass'y but youll get more of what your looking for in it being ported, as for the sub, w6's are nice subs, here are some other good quality subs that can handle and perform for your needs.
Alpine Type-X SWX-1242D
Audiobahn AW1200Q
Rockford Fosgate Punch Stage 3

Take Auiobahn out of the mix. What kind of music do you listen to? You don't automatically use a ported box in a convertible because it could be too boomy for the persons taste. I think the Infinity Kappa Perfect would be a good choice.

I listen to hip hop and rock.

I am suprised that no one has mentioned the kicker L5. I have been leaning to the infinity. I went to listen to one at C***** City, and everything sounded like crud. not to mention they had no clue what a Kappa was. they have also discontinued the type R. I have heard that the Kappa perf does not sound so good in a ported box. with the small amount of space i will aim the sub down and the port to the back.

ok, first things first, thats not a 4 channel amp, I believe its a mono block. It puts out a realistic 300 watts rms by 1 at 2 ohms so What ever you look at sould be dual voice coil. I would probally look at the dvc infinity's out of everything you listed.
