The factory BOSE system in your car can't really be added or modified. You would be better off replacing the deck and all the speakers.   In 94' GM cheaped out and only put in two front door speakers and a sub in the left rear hatch. You can replace the door speakers with aftermarket ones, but you need to run new wires as the original ones had an amp attached to the speaker mounting plate in each door. The rear side panels can also accomodate 6&1/2 inch speakers. All you can really re-use from the factory is the antenna. Everything else isn't going to work with aftermarket gear. Think of it as having a clean slate to work from.
