has anyone heard of total mobile audio products. are they any good. my local shop carries them for a low price but i still have my doubts.any input is helpful thanks.

humm their probably just another knock off brand. I wouldn't touch them if I were you unless the shop has some on display and you can actually see what they can do.

Total Mobile is a fairly new company (about 1 year old) specializing in "entry level" products.  They were purchased in May by JL Audio who may either simply use the existing JL dealer network to distribute their products, or JL might decide to re-label their gear as a "new" low-cost JL line.  I have not personally seen nor heard anything from them, I am only reporting industry information.

i was told that the founder of rockford fosgate came out with this company, then ended up selling to jl.
