I wont to know if there is a tool that will check speaker wire that would tell u if   - or +...or  how would i check it ??? any info is welcomed

If you can see the speaker take a C or D size battery and take the wires coming from the speaker and hold one on top of the battery and one on bottom. If the speaker moves out away from the magnet you have the correct polarity. If it sucks in then you have the polarity reversed. The battery is marked + and -   on it if you look closely.

there are phase detectors out there if you want to spend $75 ++

or use a battery like boomer says

Cone moves outwards= positive lead to positive battery terminal, negative lead to negative terminal.

Cone moves inwards= positive lead to negative battery terminal, negative lead to positive battery terminal.
