I was wondering if anyone knew what is underneath the passenger seat...?   Is it an amplifier for the "premium" sound system, or something else...anyone know....The reason is, I want to install this amp. in the car, but w/out purchasing a new headunit...any suggestions????

so i can simply replace it with a new one...it has RCA cables running to it...?
