My EQ only has 2 ins but my head unit has 4 outs..

Can i use a y adapter or would this distort in some way??

No, don't do that.  Your EQ is a stereo unit and should be used for only one set of your head unit outputs.

but.... can it be done... yes... if you were to do, make sure you got some great cables all around, something like monster.

Should you do it..... no.. definately not. you WILL lose signal. It wont wreck anything though, so if you want a temp fix, go ahead.

no problem, i never used it.. just curious on that.. the rear outs on my deck are taped
