Just a general question from an ignorant person, I have a 400wt crossfire amp and it had been fueling my crossfire bmf 6.5" with a coaxil tweeter. I had them in a pair of kicks I made. Well its been a year or so I one of my mids is done, cashed, un useable so time for new ones however I can't find the same mids anymore so I'm looking for any suggestions on another set of 6.5" that are good quality and can handle 400wt, between the both. Preferable with a coaxil tweeter again so I dont have to glass more kicks but if I had to I'd do it again. I just don't know whats good quality in mids. Thanks guys

Check out quality components with coax mountable tweeters.  My Mb Quart PCE components are mounted in the coax position and I am pleased with how they sound for the money.  Image Dynamics also has coax mountable tweeters to one of their component sets.

If it was me looking at a fresh set and willing do without the coax mountable tweeter the first sets I would check out would be the Adire Koda or Resonant Engineering sets.  I haven't heard either set, but just keep hearing wonderful things.

Also, what is your amp putting out RMS per channel?  Max wattage doesn't really mean much.

About mids, interior speakers.  When running the interrior speakers, the deck alone will not have enough power to distribute to the speakers. When deciding to run an amp, and using a sound converter to have an RCA out put to insert to the amp. Which wire harness from the deck would you have to tap into?
Depending on the amp, what are the ranges of wattage / rms to the power guage size ?  ie.  500 / 8 guage 1000 / 4 guage etc.
