Wire the voice coils in series.  If it is dual 1-ohm, then 1 + 1 = 2 ohms.

You have dual 1-ohm speakers?  "Speakers" imply more then one, and if so do you want a final load of 2 ohms?  Like to be used with a 2ohm stable mono/bridgeable amp?

He never said he had "speakers" he said he had a dual 1-ohm speaker...

Wire the pos terminal to the neg terminal on one voice coil and on the other voice coil, take the pos terminal and go to the amp, take the neg terminal and go to the amp - 2-ohms.

I have a dual 1 ohm speaker.Is...  Woah, that blows my mind.  When I read your post Padawan, I went back to read it again (cause I am right!)  And I saw "I have a dual 1 ohm speakers."  and i just wrote it off to poor english.  So I went to post back and quoted just the "I have dual 1ohm speaker."  part and low and behold!  He did just say "speaker"!  Funny thing is I was reading it as:  "I have a dual 1 ohm speakers.  Is there a way to wire it into a 2 ohm load?"  And when I look at it now, for a second I still see that.  I think the lack of proper spacing causes my mind to leave out the "I" and.....

Im gonna trip off this for the rest of the day.  Thanks Padawan, you have righted a great injustice, stood up against a great evil.
