I am looking to add some bass in an Explorer, and I was looking for your opinions. This is gonna be primarily a SQ setup, but I do want to be able to slam when I want it to.

The subs are going to be run off the JBL 1200.1, and most likely Alpine's CDA9835. I have owned a Brahma, until it got stolen, and have heard the Kappa Perfects, but not in the same situations.

The setup I am looking at would be either 4 12" Perfects or 1 15" Brahma. (I understand that the Brahma is by far the better of the two)

Could you fellas give me your opinions on this setup, not just the Brahma is the better driver, because I do know that, but what you guys think of these two setups and explain?

Thanks for your time and help, I appreciate it.
Evan

even though i am a huge hk fan i am going to have to say the Brahma.  one 1200.1 isn't enough for 4 perfect 12's

If i wanted an sq setup id definitely go with the Brahma 15". The 4 12''s would be awesome too..but a little much for an sq setup i IMO. Also you know that brhama can pound so i think ud' be gettin exactly what you want with that setup.
