Some of the hex head teminal posts on my JL 300/4 are stripped.  Is this something I can get the parts for and fix myself or am I going to have to pony up and pay someone to do it.  It isn't under warranty any longer, so that's not an issue.

check your local hard ware store, you might not find hex head screws but you can find a replacement,   if the actual hex is striped you might have trouble getting them out but try something like pliers to get to them.   get creative

if its the posts,, you can tap new threads into the blocks if theres room....or if its the actual allen key portion that is stripped on the screw, ,you can take a small dremil disc, cut  the screw down the center enough that you can unscrew it with a flat head.
