ok, as mentioned in my box design post, im building a box using winISD pro. i need to put a highpass crossover in, but there are alot of them in there to choose from. my ideal crossover would be to use an F-MOD 20hx highpass inline with my rca cables, but i have no clue what type of crossover this is. the crossover that lends best to the response curve that i want is a "peaking second order highpass" crossover. what in the world is this? what type of crossovers/subsonic filters are usually found in an amplifier?

both pages are discussing crossovers that you put between the driver and the amplifier. im looking for crossovers between the signal source and the amplifier.

Harrison Labs makes good inexpensive in-line crossovers.
