Hey guys. Just a quick question. I have a Clarion DXZ545MP head unit. I wanna get my regular interiors going, and have some tweeters in there too. probably just in the front. My question: should i run an amp to the 4 regualr interiors, and let the HU power the tweeters? or should I power the tweeters, and let the HU power the other 4 speakers, or should I just power them all? Thanks.

If you want to run an extra set of tweeteres, I suggest powering the main speakers with an external amp and try the tweets off the HU internal amp (with their proper crossover.)  High frequencies require only about 20% to 30% of the power needed for low frequencies at the same relative volume level.
