Can someone tell me if the stock deck has preouts? If not can I still add an amplifier and electronic crossover to it?

No they do not have preouts but you can install a line output converter (LOC) to turn the speaker outputs into rca's.

Ah ok thanks.....but the results probably wouldn't be very good, think I'll just buy an aftermarket deck\
