Help on installing a pioneer

I just got a pioneer DEH-P560MP premier.... I installed it in my car and its sounds great...

But there is one little problem. When I fade it to all rear, the rears are coming in really quite. My rears are suposed to be louder then my fronts corect? I used the wiring guide on this site to check if all my wires where hooked up right.. they where.... unless there might be a little error factor on the colors from the wiring harness. I also might think it might be a setting on my stereo. Has anyone came into problems with this head unit?

I had a old kenwood head unit in beforehand and the rears came out strong. Also without you guys and the wiring guide my stereo would not be hooked up. I need to thank you for that. :) Oh if this helps I have a 92 Buick Lesabre with stock speakers.... They sound great.

Switch the pos and neg of one of the rear speakers.  They should now be louder.

Not when we set up aftermarket gear.  With your stock speakers though, that may be what is best for you.

I was asking around and a friend told me, that sometimes stereos are set up in mind that you are going to install a subwoofer. I changed some options and the rears came out alittle louder.  I got this head unit from a friend. That could be the reason.

I am going to ask this when I have the chance.... I might be installing a amp and everything later. Is there already conduits (Is that the right word for a place for a wire to go through?) in your car. Or would I have to cut a hole in the firewall to get the power cable from the battery to the amp? I tried to look for info on this site but I am not good at it. I found recomendations for wire sizes. Nothing to help me route the wires to the back.
