Hey guys.  I am doing an install in a vehicle, and am having problems with one of the TI amps.  For some reason the top 3 blue LED's don't light up when the system is turned on.  I tested for voltage on both the power and remote leads and have plenty of voltage.  The ground is VERY solid and connected to a strut tower bolt that I sanded down to bare metal.  I did notice that there are three red LED's on under the plexi window, just like the sub amp (which is working just fine).  I know that the speaker wires aren't shorted or anything to cause it to go into protect.  Does anyone have any other ideas?  It looks to be a used amp.
